L3VEL3 Matte Putty is a hair styling putty with a medium hold and a matte finish. It molds, shapes and defines, and leaves the hair soft, smooth and manageable.

The manufacturer's exact wording is a "medium hold level of 2". They publish no hold scale anywhere on the product page, so there is nothing to tell you what that 2 is measured against, and we are not going to dress it up as a rating. What the manufacturer does describe is how the hold behaves: it stays flexible, it gives natural control, and it can be reworked at any point during the day.
