Mon Platin Black Caviar — Mask for Blonde Hair
₪160.00
A purple hair mask for blonde hair that tones and conditions in one step.
This purple hair mask for blonde hair lays down a touch of cool violet pigment to cancel the yellow and brassy tones that build up in blonde, bleached, highlighted and gray hair — then conditions deeply for soft, bright strands. The tone is temporary and contact time controls how much deposits, so you choose a quick freshen-up or a deeper cool-down.
• Neutralizes yellow and brassy tones for a cooler, cleaner blonde — a touch of violet pigment, temporary and buildable
• Deeply conditions for soft, smooth, shiny, manageable hair
• Salt-free and free of harsh, stripping sulfates (no SLS/SLES) — gentle alongside color-, keratin- and straightening-treated hair
• Helps tame static and smooth the surface
• pH-balanced, rinse-out mask
• Conditioning blend with olive oil, green tea, honey, hydrolyzed silk, Vitamin E and black caviar extract
• Generous 500 ml jar

Product Details
Mon Platin's Black Caviar mask is a rich, rinse-out purple hair mask for blonde, bleached, highlighted, color-treated and gray hair — built to do two things in one step: neutralize brassy warmth and deeply condition. SKRILOV stocks it for the client whose cool blonde or silver keeps slipping warm and dry between salon visits. 500 ml.
How the toning works
The tone comes from violet pigment — the purple-mask principle. Violet sits opposite yellow on the color wheel, so a light deposit visually cancels the yellow and brassy warmth that builds up in lightened hair, for a cooler, cleaner, brighter result. It's temporary: it builds with contact time and washes out over a few shampoos, so you refresh it as part of your routine. It is not a dye, and it does not lighten hair.
The conditioning side
While it tones, a conditioning blend works on feel — olive oil, green tea and honey, hydrolyzed silk, conditioning amino acids and urea, Vitamin E, and a touch of black caviar extract for a luxurious finish. Hair is left feeling soft and smooth, looking shiny and manageable. The mask is salt-free and free of harsh, stripping sulfates (no SLS/SLES), anti-static and pH-balanced — a gentle way to tone alongside color-, keratin- or straightening-treated hair.
Good to know (safety)
This mask contains fragrance and fragrance allergens (including Benzyl Salicylate, Hydroxycitronellal and Hexyl Cinnamal) and the preservative DMDM Hydantoin, which releases formaldehyde over time — worth knowing if you're sensitive or prefer to avoid it. On very porous or very light hair (platinum, white, gray or freshly bleached), the violet pigment can over-tint if left on too long, so do a strand or patch test, start with a short contact time, wear gloves, and keep the mask away from the eyes. For external use on hair only.

How to Use
1. After shampoo, gently squeeze out excess water so hair is damp, not dripping.
2. Wearing gloves, work the mask evenly through the lengths and ends; keep it away from the eyes.
3. Leave on a few minutes — contact time sets the tone: shorter for a subtle freshen-up, longer for a deeper cool-down.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week, or as needed for toning.
Pro tip
Always strand-test first — especially on platinum, white, gray or freshly bleached hair, which is porous and grabs pigment fast. Start short; you can always leave it a minute longer next time. If a result ever looks too cool, shorten the time and it eases out over the next few washes.
Who It's For
Great for
• Blonde, bleached and highlighted hair that turns yellow or brassy between salon visits
• Gray and silver hair you want to keep bright and cool
• Color-treated hair that needs gentle toning plus moisture
• Anyone who wants to tone at home with control over how much cool they add
Maybe skip it if
• Your hair is dark or not lightened — there's little warmth for the violet to neutralize
• You don't want any cool tone added to your color
• You follow a vegan routine — this mask contains honey, hydrolyzed silk and caviar extract
• You react to fragrance allergens or prefer to avoid DMDM Hydantoin (see the ingredient list)
FAQ
How does it neutralize yellow and brassy tones?
With violet pigment — the purple-mask principle. Violet sits opposite yellow on the color wheel, so a thin deposit visually cancels the yellow and brassy warmth that builds up in blonde, bleached, highlighted and gray hair, leaving a cooler, cleaner result. The effect is temporary, builds with contact time, and washes out over a few shampoos. It's not a dye and doesn't lighten hair.
Will it turn my hair purple?
Used as directed, no — it adds only a touch of cool tone to offset yellow. Contact time is the control: start with a few minutes and do a strand test first, especially on very light, platinum, white, gray or freshly bleached hair, which is porous and grabs pigment faster. Wear gloves and keep the mask away from the eyes. For less tone, shorten the time; for a deeper cool-down, leave it a little longer.
How long should I leave it on?
A few minutes is the starting point. Contact time controls how much tone deposits — shorter for a subtle freshen-up, longer for a more visible cool-down. Begin at the shorter end, check the result in good light, then adjust next time. Rinse thoroughly.
Is it suitable for gray or silver hair?
Yes. The same violet pigment that cools brassy blonde also helps brighten gray and silver hair and knock back a yellow cast. Because gray and very light hair tend to be porous, start with a short contact time and a strand test so the tone lands where you want it.
Is it salt-free, and what about sulfates?
It's salt-free (no added sodium chloride) and free of harsh, stripping sulfates (no SLS/SLES), so it tones gently — a sensible choice alongside color-, keratin- or straightening-treated hair. It's a rinse-out cosmetic mask, not a treatment designed to extend or replace a salon service.
How often should I use it, and is it color-safe?
Once or twice a week, or as needed to keep brass in check — more time and more frequency mean more tone, so adjust to taste. It's gentle on color-treated hair, and because the toning is temporary and cosmetic, it won't permanently change your color.
From the SKRILOV Chair
Toning blonde is about restraint. The most common mistake we see is leaving a purple mask on "to be safe" and ending up with a dull, over-cooled cast — the opposite of bright. In the chair we treat contact time like a dial: start short, rinse, read the result in good light, and add a minute next time if you want it cooler.
On platinum, silver or freshly bleached hair we always strand-test first, because porous hair drinks up pigment. Used this way, it keeps blonde and gray looking clean and conditioned between visits — without pretending to lighten or repair what a mask can't.
