How to patch test:

How to use on thin or fine hair

1. Wash and towel-dry hair until damp — not dripping.
2. Dispense 1–2 drops into your palm. That is all fine hair needs.
3. Rub between your palms to spread evenly.
4. Apply to the mid-lengths and ends only. Do not apply to the roots — silicone at the roots can make fine hair look flat.
5. Comb through gently to distribute.
6. Blow-dry or style as usual.

Tip: Less is more. If your hair feels heavy or looks greasy after drying, use half the amount next time.

How much serum should I use on fine hair?

One to two drops is the right amount for fine hair. Apply to the mid-lengths and ends only, not the roots. Using more will not improve the result — it will weigh fine hair down and may make it look flat or greasy.

Will this serum weigh down or make my thin hair greasy?

Not if used sparingly. The formula is built around lightweight silicones and alkanes, and one or two drops spread evenly from mid-lengths to ends gives shine and smoothness without dragging fine hair down. Using too much of any silicone serum on fine hair can cause heaviness, so the quantity matters.

Does it add volume or thicken thin hair?

No. This is a shine and smoothing serum, not a volumizer or thickener. Silicone coats the hair surface, which can actually reduce body if over-applied. If volume is your goal, use a volumizing mousse or spray instead and apply this serum only to the ends for shine.

Will it help my hair grow or reduce hair fall?

No. This is a cosmetic leave-in serum. It improves the look and feel of the hair you have — smoothness, shine, frizz control — but it has no effect on hair growth or shedding.

Is it a heat protectant?

The silicone film in this serum forms a light coating on the hair surface that helps protect strands during blow-drying and heat styling. It is not a graded thermal protectant with a tested heat-protection rating, but the silicone layer does provide a cosmetic buffer between your hair and the heat of a dryer or styler.

Does it work on dry hair too?

Yes. Apply one drop to dry hair at the ends only to smooth frizz and add shine between washes. On dry hair, even less product is needed than on damp hair.
